The Danish born professional model approached us for a new portfolio website targeted towards his new adopted home of America. Jesper is both a model and also a highly ranked professional windsurfer having competed numerous years on the pro tour. Whilst essentially a model portfolio site, we needed to showcase his talents on the water as well to further distinguish himself in his trade. To create the identity we collected all of Jesper’s portfolio shots from his biggest campaigns and used them as a base. We used soft fonts on a clean, minimal white background to give it a luxurious, elegant feel. We integrated both his windsurfing and model portfolios, and executed the identity across web and social media.

As well as the site design and identity, we were tasked with writing the copy for the site. Using Jesper’s ideas as a base, through Skype interviews and conversations we were able to pinpoint exactly the message he was telling and summarise it in to two succinct paragraphs capturing the two sides of his talent; model and windsurfer. This was an interesting project to work on as it required an understanding of the psyche of American agencies and corporate sponsors, the site’s target audience.
